From A12
Leave the A12 at the junction with A1094 signposted Aldeburgh. After 5 miles turn left onto B1069 signposted Leiston & Knodishall. After 1 mile you will arrive in Knodishall and 100yds past the first 30mph sign turn right into Sloe Lane (which is an unmarked no-through road) Billeaford Hall is 500yds up the lane on the left hand side.

From Aldeburgh
Leave the town on the A1094 signposted Ipswich (A12). After 3miles turn right onto B1069 signposted Leiston & Knodishall. After 1 mile you will arrive in Knodishall and 100yds past the first 30mph sign turn right into Sloe Lane (which is an unmarked no-through road) Billeaford Hall is 500yds up the lane on the left hand side.

From Snape Maltings
Follow the B1069 north through Snape village. At the junction with the A1094 turn right signposted Aldeburgh. After 2 miles turn left onto B1069 signposted Leiston & Knodishall. After 1 mile you will arrive in Knodishall and 100yds past the first 30mph sign turn right into Sloe Lane (which is an unmarked no-through road) Billeaford Hall is 500yds up the lane on the left hand side.

From Sizewell
After leaving the village turn left onto the B1122 signposted Leiston. After 1 mile continue across the traffic and then left at the T junction onto B1069 for 1.5m into Knodishall,. Sloe Lane is an unmarked left turn at the end of the village approx 300yds past the Butchers Arms Pub.
